Adult and clip on glasses are good.
I bought this with anticipation of having people with a variety of needs to want to watch our new 3D TV. The adult glasses are light and fit comfortably. The clip-ons work great also. The two childrens glasses are extremely small and too small for my 5 yr old who is tall for his age. My 8 and 5 yr old both use the regular glasses and the only time the children glasses will get used is with very small children. Top to learn more

Pretty nice set, high quality
For the glasses themselves, I would give a 4.5 - 5 star rating. They are very light, comfortable to wear, and are much better quality than the ones you would get at a movie theater. The only minor annoyance was the packaging, but again, it is very minor. Each of the glasses come in an individual fabric case with a cleaning cloth for each pair, which is nice, but it's hard to tell what type of glasses is in the case without opening it; they're not labeled. Also, the outer packaging is made of cardboard and is a little flimsy and low-quality. Over all, this is a nice set and the clip on glasses are a really nice touch and are extremely comfortable for those who wear glasses (much more comfortable than the over-glasses glasses at the theaters). Assortment could be better
At first I thought this was a great deal (compared to active glasses prices). After getting them I changed my mind. You get one large pair of mens glasses, one smaller lady size, two very small kids and then two that clip on over glasses. So basically I got one pair of glasses I can wear. The small ones are almost too small for my 4 year old and my ten year old is almost too big for the lady sized glasses. The clip ons, well maybe if the lenses on some 3d glasses get scratched up I can pop out the lenses and use the clip-ons on those frames. Overall I would have liked larger full sized glasses. I did like the bags and cleaning cloths so I use those to house my other full-sized glasses. I would have been better of buying individual glasses or getting them from the theaters. Top to learn more

The Best Anaglyph Glasses on the Market, Overall.
I'm about to write a review that I really wish I had seen before going into this mess of trying to find the right anaglyph glasses.Let me break this down: There are two types of anaglyph glasses you can buy: The cardboard ones with the flimsy gel lense, and acrylic (plastic) lensed glasses. Both of these types you can buy in whatever colors you want or that suit you, but primarily, they are gel lenses or acrylic lenses.Gel lenses work *the best* in terms of eliminating the most ghosting and crosstalk, but at the expense of seeing significantly more red/cyan and duller true-color. That's because they're just so powerful at filtering. Too powerful, really.Of the acrylic lensed products that I have tried, I pitted the three best reviewed acrylic lensed glasses against each other personally for 3D anaglyph gaming (Nvidia's 3D Discover if you're wondering) on an LCD monitor. The glasses tried, myself, were the Proview (original and from 3D Glasses Direct),... Top to learn more

Worked same as panasonic glasses
I purchased a pair of these for my Panasonic Viera. I already have a pair of Panasonic 3d glasses and these worked just the same. They actually fit better than the Panasonic brand. I would recommend these a cheaper alternative to the Panasonic glasses. Top to learn more

Generic Panasonic 3D Glasses
I decided to try these glasses instead of spending the $130.00 to $150.00 a pair on the Panasonic branded glasses. The Pro's: They are well made and come with three different size nose pieces, instructions, usb charging cable and cloth storage bag and cleaning cloth. They work as described and I did not notice any ghosting with the glasses. They also are holding there charges quite well. It has been over a week with on and off viewing and they still have not needed to be recharged. They seem to have all the features of the manufacturers glasses. The Cons: The instructions could be a little more thorough and precise. The flat surface of the lens in the glasses cause a reflection on the inside of the lens from objects in the room that are behind you. So if you have doors, windows or lights behind you, it causes an annoying reflection. This was corrected by adjusting the conditions in the room, but still annoying to have to do. The fit of the glasses were also a little... Top to learn more

subpar color/contrast quality on Panasonic VT20 w/PS3
Warning: the average person probably won't care about the color/contrast issues I'm seeing but if you are anal about video quality like I am, hopefully you'll find this review helpful in your purchasing decision. I was going to give it a 2 star rating but felt that was too harsh for the average person buying these. If you are a video quality nerd, consider this a 2 star rating. :)Like most people, I bought this because of: a) the cheap price and b) rechargeable usb capabilities vs replaceable batteries.Pros: fairly comfortable, easy to sync with tv, 3d performance seemed identical to panasonic glasses minus the issues listed under "cons"Cons: Reflections near the corners of the glasses (not a big deal in my living room though)This was the dealbreaker for me... the color quality is very muted and the contrast is lacking compared to the panasonics. To know exactly how muted, look at a 3d image on your tv without the glasses and notice... Top to learn more

They Work
These allow you to look at 3D anaglyph pictures and video on your computer with very little ghosting. For just a few bucks, don't expert miracles, but they have considerably less distortion than the cardboard glasses. Especially when you turn your head from side to side. Top to learn more

Works well enough
The blue lens on these is blue. I bought them to use with the NVIDIA 3D Vision Discover and they work well enough. I would strongly recommend running NVIDIA's calibration system prior to using them for that. Top to learn more
There is also the case of one walking over to a friend’s house with their viewing glasses in hand to find that the same compatibility mismatch exists in the TV set and the viewing glasses. The XPAND glasses comes with an RF dongle and a socket for fitting the dongle into it for viewing the pictures on a 3D TV set that uses the RF signal. There are also glasses that run on button cells and others that work on rechargeable battery in the glasses itself. One would also experience the high quality of the lens that the XPAND viewing glass have which is better than what most other 3D TV makers supply with their sets. The technology requires a method to synchronize between the display screen and the glasses that the users wear for viewing the 3D effect of the images on screen. For instance, there is the TV set that requires liquid crystal glasses for its 3D viewing experience.
Sporting events too are slowly being telecast in 3D and some of the 3D capable TV sets are smart in the real sense with the provision to view Internet content in 3D inbuilt in them. Also, while a home theater system can’t entirely be compared to the movie hall experience of a 3D show, there does exist some features in the 3D TV which do make it a close competitor to the cinema hall experience. For watching movies of own choice stored on 3D Blu Ray discs one would need players also that are able to playback 3D format. Then there is the passive technology based 3D TVs which need a polarized glass for viewing that have no need for battery and have no electronics loaded in them. The last bit has also made the active 3D glasses heavier and hence a bit uncomfortable to wear. That 3D TVs are the future of home entertainment system is almost a surety though one has to zero in on the set that suits best so as to have the best experience. There are channels like DIRECTTV, Comcast and Time Warner Cable that have the option of viewing their 3D content against payment, much like view on demand.
And was ranked No. 1 in 3D. I replaced a Samsung and Sony, this is my first LG. I love it. Use the side lighting and local dimming, produce vibrant colors and high contrast and black levels. The PS3 recognized the TV and turned it into 3D mode, when you say that is impressive. I have tried using 2D and 3D games on my PS3. I saw the Consumer Reports magazine, which places very close to a TV in second place behind the high-end Bravia $ 3000 for half the price. But he did not see anything, because I set the TV to HDMI input # 2 is a system that was in. If you do this, you should never play with anything.
Some tips on selecting the 3D viewing glass would be :-. It is better to buy a TV set with 3D capability that come with 3D viewing glasses which are sturdy and reliable. Buying the right 3D glasses can be tricky given the various brands and types of 3D glasses to choose from. The glasses are usually available for trying out at the store selling the TV. All varieties of the glass should be tried and tested out before deciding on any one particular make and then the TV set which matches it. One must put on the glasses... 3D TV viewing is possible only if one has a compatible 3D viewing glass for that particular TV set or brand. It is an LG AG-S100 glass set that one needs to have in order to view 3D on the LG 3D TV set. In the end, it is better to decide then 3D TV set based on the most appropriate 3D glass that one finds suitable. However, all of it boils down to a compromise between reliability and comfort of using that one has to make when buying a particular 3D glass.
